Through the Eyes of Our Students

Updated: May 11, 2021

The Hill School Through the Eyes of Our Students, an online event, was livestreamed on April 27, 2021. Highlights included stories from the first edition of the Hill School newspaper, The Hill School Happenings, created entirely by our eighth-grade students, as well as a parent's story of his child's struggles before he came to Hill. The final segment was a short video tour of a day in the life of The Hill School, as told by our students (see below).

Through the generosity of our donors, The Hill School of Wilmington has touched the lives of many children with learning disabilities in our community. Like most non-profit independent schools, we rely on donations to cover the budget gap, as tuition alone does not cover the annual expenses for our school.

For information on donating to Hill, please visit our GIVING page. Donations of any size will support our evidence-based program which gives students with learning differences the necessary foundation for learning.

Please join us as we celebrate with an in-person event, Oyster Roast and Ten-Year Toast on Friday, October 8, 2021, at UNCW's Watson College of Education. For more information on this event, click HERE.
