After surveying a large number of Hill constituents, including parents, donors, grandparents, and staff, 20 individuals met in late September to draft a three-year strategic plan. The group, led by Hill School founding board member Dr. Karen Wetherill, placed a strong emphasis on additional outreach into the community. This includes developing satellite campuses (possibly partnering with private schools) and reaching an underserved population. They also considered social media and marketing initiatives, as well as teacher training, which would include multi-sensory instruction. The Board of Directors then edited the draft and developed a timeline for implementation.
